A $16,000 smartphone! | Meet the Sirin Solarin

Some of you might own some expensive gizmos and I'm sure it's real pretty. But if you're quite proud of the security you have on your phone and it's premium design, you need to take a look at Solarin. A $16,000 smartphone, by an Isreali firm called Sirin Labs. This phone claims claims to be the most secure device in the world.

This phone has Hardcore military grade security features and is absolutely safe from any sort of phishing or hacking techniques known till date! So let's take a look at it.

Design: The phone is mostly made out of magnesium and steel. There is a security switch on the rear, used to activate the phone! The phone has several variants, like leather and diamond, leather and gold etc. The phone is quite substantial in hand, weighing about 250 gm because of that military grade construction.

Display: The phone has a 5.5" IPS LED display with quad HD resolution( I.e 1440x2560 resolution) with 560ppi. The display is gorgeous as expected, capable of producing punchy colors and crispy images and text. The screen is as bit on the cooler side, bit it's nothing major likes some other LED panels.

Performance: Unlike some other luxury phones that we see with some expensive cars, like Vertu phones, usually have old specs. But this phone has some serious horsepower under the hood.

The phone runs on a Snapdragon 810 octacore chip which is made of 256 bit military grade encryption. It has 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 128GB of high speed flash storage built in. The phone runs on a sophisticated classy looking skin on top of Android lollipop 5.1. It has all the necessary and nifty sensors that modern day smartphones have, like barometer and other good stuff. But no fingerprint sensor anywhere in sight.

Camera: The rear camera is a custom made 23 mp sensor with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash. And another 8mp front camera. Camera is undoubtedly of exceptional quality and the custom camera app is pretty straight forward to use. Selfies from your $16K smartphone have to look nice, obviously😃.
